No our service is chauffeur driven, the chauffeur can either stay with you for the duration of your trip (at an additional cost) or we will take you to destination and pick you up for the return journey according to your booking.
How many seats do your Vehicles have?
Our minibuses are 8, 12, and 16 Seater – Please check out the Gallery page for our vehicles.
Do you provide a trailer service?
We have trailers that can be supplied for luggage or any bulky equipment needed for travel, there will be at an additional charge.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash (must be paid for the return trip at an outward journey)
Cheques (cheques will only be accepted in advance)
What insurance do you have?
We have fully comprehensive insurance along with Unlimited Public Liability insurance.
What licences do your drivers hold?
All our drivers are fully qualified driver, holding a UK D1 PSV for hire and reward
Do you have the correct Licence for operating a Passenger Carrying Service for Hire and Reward?
All Vehicles are covered by an Operator’s Licence issued by the Department for Transport, VOSA (http://www.dft.gov.uk/vosa/) which is available for inspection at our office along with Insurance Certificate and Maintenance record for all of our vehicles.
Who or what is VOSA?
VOSA is an executive agency of the Department for Transport, responsible for:
· Processing applications for licences to operate mini buses (PSV)
· Enforcing the law on vehicles to ensure that they comply with legal standards and regulations
· Operating and administering testing schemes for all vehicles, including the supervision of the PSV/MOT testing scheme
· Enforcing drivers' hours and licensing requirements
· Providing training and advice for commercial operators
· Investigating vehicle accident, defects and recalls.

What guarantees do you offer in the unlikelihood of a breakdown for relocation?
Locally gaff minibuses have set up accounts with Taxi’s and other Minibus companies, this would help to transfer passengers to their destination.
How often are your Vehicles serviced?
All our minibus undergoes a full PSV maintenance checks every 10 weeks or 10,000 Miles.
